This class specifically will allow the body to warm up, strengthen, and open safely and effectively. There will be targeted preparation, a demand of your focus, & a range of options. Students will explore strength, mobility, and balance while cultivating body awareness - challenging yet accessible.
The journey toward the posture is as important as the pose itself, encouraging curiosity, patience, and presence on the mat over a performative shape.
Class concludes with grounding stretches and a guided relaxation, leaving students feeling empowered, balanced, and refreshed.
